Invoices Tab

 
For some Users (such as Resources), it is possible to view and submit Invoices or Credit Notes by using the "Invoice" tab. Depending on whether the User has already submitted Invoices/Credit Notes that haven't been approved yet, the "Invoices" tab when clicked will allow the User to perform two actions: List Invoices and Submit Invoice. If no Invoices have been submitted by the User yet, only "Submit Invoice" will appear. If the User has already submitted Invoices and at least one of those Invoices is still unapproved, both "List Invoices" and "Submit Invoices" will appear.
 
Note: Please be aware that when Invoicing on the Portal and a change/submission has already been made to the Invoice being viewed, a message will appear stating that changes have been made so the action will not be performed. Click "Click here to reload Invoice" to reload the Invoice and see the new changes.
