Tapping the "Take Photo" button from the actions menu whilst on an authorisations details page, will load the take photo page.

 

To select a type of image, tap on the "Select an image type..." drop down, this will show you the options available, Fault: Pre and Fault: Post. Select one of these option, please note without selecting an image type you will not be able to submit that image.

 

Should you wish to add any additional information, simply tap on the additional information text box. This is a freeform text box and therefore you can type whatever you should see fit.

 

To take a photo, please tap the "Take Photo" button, use your device's camera as usual to take an image. Once took, the options, "RETRY" and "OK" will be available at the top of the screen. If the image is acceptable, please tap "OK". If you wish to retake the image, please tap "RETRY".

 

To upload a pre-taken photo, please take the "Camera Roll" button, this will open your devices camera roll. Select the image you wish to upload.

 

Once an image has been selected/taken, the image will be displayed as a preview in the blank space at the bottom of the application. If you are happy with the image, please tap the "Submit" button. Should you wish to change the image, please continue as if you had just arrived on this screen.

 

To get back to the work order details page, without uploading an image, please tap the "Back" button in the top left hand corner of the application.
