Adding Information/Notes To A Job

 
To add any additional information or notes that the Client needs to be aware of the User can tap the 'Actions' button in the top left, then select the 'Add Notes' option provided in the drop down. This will display the 'Add Notes' screen.
 
 
Tapping the box will bring up the 'Notes' screen, allowing the User to add notes using the keyboard. Clicking 'Done', to the right of the window will return the User to 'Add Notes' screen allowing the User to review the entered information. Tapping 'Submit' on the 'Add Notes' screen will add the notes to the Work Order. Tapping 'Back' will return the User to the WO Details screen and will not save the added notes. Added Notes can be found by tapping the 'History' button on the WO Details page.
